Job Title: Business Unit Manager Sales – IT Detachering
Location: Flexible (In-office 3 days per week, remote flexibility)
Base Salary: €7,000 (negotiable) + OTE + Car
About the Role:
We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead a high-performing team of New Business Consultants in the IT Detachering sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to make a significant impact by leading and coaching a team to achieve exceptional sales performance, while also being directly responsible for driving revenue growth. The Business Unit Manager will be at the forefront of business acquisition, helping to expand the client base while ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. This role also involves training the team to higher sales standards, providing day-to-day guidance, and managing the operational aspects of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and guide a team of 4-5 New Business Consultants. Provide strategic direction, motivation, and continuous development to ensure high performance and strong results.
- Revenue & Sales Performance: Own revenue targets and ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales goals. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients in the IT Detachering industry.
- Training & Development: Take an active role in training and mentoring team members to achieve higher sales standards. Focus on enhancing skills and building a culture of high performance.
- Acquisition & Business Development: Drive new business acquisition, working closely with the team to close deals with key clients, while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that sales processes are followed, and KPIs are met. Provide regular reporting on team performance and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other business units and departments to align sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in leadership, managing a team of 5+ people, ideally in staffing, recruitment, detachment, or with strong sales experience in SaaS or IT sales.
- Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of sales cycles, acquisition strategies, and performance metrics.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, coach, and drive a team to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
- Proactive & Energetic: A self-starter with a high level of energy, initiative, and drive to take ownership of the team’s success.
- Education: Degree holder (preferably in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Sales).
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a flexible environment, with a mix of in-office presence (3 days per week) and remote work.
- Language: Dutch Native
