Freelance CompEx Consultant (Project Assignment)
CSMART is looking for a highly specialized CompEx-certified Consultant (freelance) for a temporary project-based assignment requiring expertise that is currently not available in-house.
In this assignment, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong instructional skills to independently deliver CompEx training and assessments for cruise ship officers working in hazardous areas.
Your assignment

Deliver a defined number of CompEx training courses based on agreed planning
- Conduct participant assessments and certifications in line with CompEx standards
- Deliver specialised training modules using your technical expertise
- Transfer knowledge to enable future in-house delivery of the training
- Ensure the quality of training delivered within the scope of the assignment and in line with industry standards
Your expertise
- Valid CompEx certifications (Foundation / Foundation+ / EX 0104 Instructor & Assessor)
- 5+ years experience in hazardous areas
- Proven experience within the maritime sector (cruise experience is a plus)
- Strong track record in delivering technical training and assessments
- Strong communication skills and a professional, instructional approach
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
