Your role

This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making a variety of calls including some inbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.

What you'll be doing

General Summary:

The Customer onboarding Specialist, will act as a bridge between the sales and commercial support teams. He/she will be responsible to provide essential support and guidance to new customers, helping them navigate through the early stages of product usage. This includes new customer onboarding, implementing upsell and cross sell activities that will increase him/her business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities includes:

  • Act as the primary contact for onboarding new customers, answering questions, handling objections, and keeping them engaged.
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software(Portal, app);
  • Sustaining business growth by understanding customer context /goals and gaining profitability by maximizing value through:Upsell activities;X-sell activities;
  • Maintain a high-level knowledge of current products/services, processes, policies and industry.
  • Analysing customer data to improve customer experience(they can help sales/business looking up at volume consumption drops and reached out to customer);
  • Eliminating roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals: product implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps, or simply product understanding.
  • Improving product adoption, customer retention, and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities:

    May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

    Position in Organization:

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Education and/or Experience:

  • MBO is required or HBO.
  • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar field.
  • A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others
  • Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills
