What you’ll be doing

Corpay is currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative within our brand based in Almere, Netherlands. Travelcard is the business payment card for charging, refueling, and more. This is a B2B sales position where you will contact companies via phone and email to promote our products and services, follow up on leads, and close deals. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services to new customers generated through campaigns and lead generation.

Besides building relationships with prospects and customers, using consultative selling skills will be essential to success in this role. This is a goal-oriented environment where you will need to be resilient, have good listening skills, be intrinsically motivated, and possess a “can do” attitude.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads
  • Identifying customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Delivering persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services
  • Closing sales deals and achieve monthly sales target
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with the sales team & support team
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Min. 1+ years of work experience in comparable B2B sales environment or customer-facing sales role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of EV/tank cards is an advantage, but not required
