Providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications at an elevated level.
Collaborating closely with the IT team to deploy and enhance sophisticated technological solutions.
Ensuring prompt and efficient responses to second-line IT support tickets.
Safeguarding the security and confidentiality of company data.
Contributing to the development and implementation of advanced IT policies and procedures.
Demonstrated experience as a second-line IT Support Specialist or in a similar capacity.
Robust technical proficiency in resolving intricate hardware, software, and network challenges.
Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and international work environment.
Desirable IT certifications (, ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
Competitive monthly salary ranging from €3700 to €4500, depending on experience.
