Junior Maritime Engineers – Start Your Engineering Career Strong (Netherlands)
Are you a Junior Engineer looking to develop your career in high-end marine or offshore engineering?
We’re growing our junior talent pool to match with shipyards and engineering firms across the Netherlands. Through iPS Select, you gain access to exciting projects and supportive employers.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Naval, Maritime, or Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in the maritime industry, shipbuilding or a technical design environment
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Cadmatic
- A proactive mindset and a drive for high-quality engineering output
- Good command of English (Dutch not required)
