  • Responsible for the configuration control (GPACK/YGSM) of products/components to be produced and/or sold as trading parts.
  • Maintains up-to-date IT system product configurations, including supplier data.
  • Collaborates with the manager to define service levels with customers who have outsourced their activities, setting up the IT system to support these levels.
  • Conducts cost price analysis and determines sales prices based on the analysis.
  • Performs monthly sales price reviews and cost price analyses.
  • Coordinates bi-annual stocktaking of all products and components.
  • Manages design change control, including obsolete stock control and cost transfer.
  • Executes production policies and procedures with an emphasis on simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness, monitoring compliance continuously.
  • Controls and troubleshoots automated systems, proposing improvements to process automation and registration to the Manager Manufacturing and overseeing implementations.

Assistance to the Manager Manufacturing:

  • Collaborates in creating, organizing, controlling, and improving departmental structures, plans, processes, and procedures for efficient and lean operations.
  • Gathers data for reports and analyses for the department.
  • Assists in controlling the Manufacturing budget.
  • Gathers and analyzes data for yearly calculations and input of MH/PT rates in GPACK.

Planning:

  • Controls stock parameters, optimizing the volume/value ratio of product/parts stock.
  • Responsible for gathering, processing, and implementing information about products and parts in use and new (NDC process), converting it into configuration models, bills of material, and other GPACK/YGSM registrations.
  • Controls the phasing in and out of products and parts.

Warehouse:

  • Controls stock takings, including financial yearly stocktaking.

Executes activities according to the Yanmar Management System (YMS).

A role with a lot of challenges and responsibilities.|You will be working in an international environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Material and/or Production Planner, preferably in an international technical environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Salary indication is 4.000 – 4.500.
  • 27 vacation days.
