Salary: €8,000 base + Uncapped OTE + Company Car

About the Role

As a Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in logistics, supply chain, and transport sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, software sales, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
