Together with a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Production Operator to join the production team in Almere. In this role, you will support manufacturing activities related to the production of derma fillers in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring product quality, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and perform tasks such as filling, capping, cleaning, and packing
- Conduct visual inspections on filled syringes
- Follow batch records and GMP guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Record production steps securely and clearly in line with documentation standards
- Report any deviations or non-conformities to the Line Manager
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Take part in continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Support team goals and uphold quality standards at all times
Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or operational environment
- Experience in GMP, ISO, or other regulated settings is preferred
- 1+ year of relevant experience in medical device, food, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
Education & Skills:
- MBO-level thinking or equivalent (technical or process-focused preferred)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks in a cleanroom environment

Practicalities:
- Location: Almere (on-site)
- Contract: 7 months with long-term collaboration opportunities
- Schedule: Day shifts
