For several clients we’re looking for a Project Procurement Coordinator located in Randstad.
The Contracts & Procurement Department is responsible for delivering subcontracting and procurement services that ensure the acquisition of goods and services under optimal conditions. This includes considerations of quality, delivery time, price, and HSE aspects, all in alignment with the company’s goals and strategy.
Your role:
- Develop and implement Project Procurement Plans, ensuring all procurement-related activities align with project goals.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals, driving cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, bid evaluations, and lead pre-award/clarification meetings.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, from tendering to final contract award, and work closely with the project team to resolve any issues.
- Coordinate supplier visits for commissioning, repairs, and warranty work, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead conflict resolution and manage supplier relations throughout the project life cycle.
Your profile:
- A confident and persuasive leader with over 10 years of commercial experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong negotiation and planning skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of INCOTERMS, Logic terms, and Terms & Conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field.
- Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects and the ability to solve intricate issues with a customer-focused approach.
