For a multinational corporation in Almere, we are looking for a Sales Representative.

The brand specializes in high-end optical components and isheadquartered in Almere. What sets them apart is their ability to providein-house coding, customizable solutions, and an extensive customer base acrossEurope and the United States. The company is a subsidiary of a global leader inthe design, manufacture, and marketing of electronic, electrical, and fiberoptic connectors, interconnect systems, sensors, antennas, sensor-basedproducts, and high-speed specialty cable.

The “mother” company has a strong global presence in America, Europe, Asia, Australia, andAfrica, and utilizes a combination of direct sales, independentrepresentatives, and electronics distributors to reach their customers.

Role description  

Therole of an inside sales representative involves a variety of responsibilities,such as generating new leads, engaging with customers, comprehending theirrequirements, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Achieving success in thisposition will depend on your ability to reach targets and close deals. You willalso be required to stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services andbe able to effectively communicate and demonstrate their features.

Toexcel as an inside sales representative, it is crucial to possess strongcommunication skills, establish instant rapport with customers, and exhibit acompetitive spirit. Additionally, exceptional listening skills are essential tounderstand customer needs and preferences.

Role demands

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparablerole
  • Fluency in French or Dutch (at native or fluent level)
  • Previous work in an outbound call center or similarsales role is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple tasks
  • Strong phone and cold calling abilities
