The “mother” company has a strong global presence in America, Europe, Asia, Australia, andAfrica, and utilizes a combination of direct sales, independentrepresentatives, and electronics distributors to reach their customers.

Role description 

Theresponsibilities of an inside sales representative are diverse and includegenerating new leads, interacting with customers, understanding their needs,and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your success in this role will depend onyour capacity to meet targets and close deals, as well as staying current onthe company’s products and services and effectively communicating anddemonstrating their features.

Toexcel as an inside sales representative, strong communication skills areessential, as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport with customersand demonstrate a competitive attitude. Additionally, exceptional listeningskills are crucial to comprehend customer needs and preferences accurately.

Role demands

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparablerole
  • Fluency in German (at native or fluent level)
  • Previous work in an outbound call center or similarsales role is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple tasks
  • Strong phone and cold calling abilities
  • Capability to meet targets
