Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Provides sales support and customer service to the company by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Details of the function
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest information about all products of our line and services.
Assist sales managers to submit and maintain price lists and other business documents.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customers’ needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
– German on a native level. High level of English and Dutch.
