They’re currently collaborating with 15+ leading financial institutions across 5+ EU countries like Triodos. Furthermore, the solution integrates seamlessly with core banking, CRM, and online banking systems, offering a compelling and comprehensive service to borrowers.
Team comprises of over 35 stellar operators that build vigorously to transform European mortgages by enhancing efficiency and alleviating borrower anxiety. Backed by renowned VC’s they’re pushing for that next fundraise and to support current growth in Europe, are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help acquire new logos in the BeNeLux.
Your Mission
Where you will be managing the full enterprise B2B sales cycle from prospecting, opening an account, identifying opportunities with qualified prospects and negotiating terms all the way to closing the deal. You’ll become a subject matter expert on digital mortgages and be considered by prospects and clients as a trusted partner.
Moreover, you’ll actively engage with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring them closer to the market and ensure our product stays three steps ahead of the competition.
What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Identify and work on new sales opportunities with prospects and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Develop proposals for solutions that will fill client needs and maximize account value
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Providing feedback to the product and marketing teams
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our product and competition
- Helping us improve the way we develop the business as a company and always be looking to improve processes
- Giving yourself 100% to achieve and exceed sales quota
Your Background
- You have 4-6 years of experience in SaaS Enterprise Sales as an operator
- Experience in/and familiarity with the Financial Service Industry
- Excellent proficiency in French and/or Dutch;
- Independence, throughput, and velocity from start to finish — they’re looking for someone with a track record of success in full-cycle sales, from prospecting down to closing deals
- Strong ability to build trust, connect with stakeholders on a personal level, and inspire them to embrace our vision
- Grit, tenacity, and creativity — our sales execution often requires extreme persistence and out-of-the-box ideas, especially as they’re working with slow-moving ICP
- Growth mindset — a mentality of approaching unknowns with excitement, with an ability to learn skills quickly to solve new operational challenges. We’re looking for someone comfortable with the ambiguity of early startup sales organizations that can help define how we grow
