The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development of their digital agriculture platform, providing critical insights to growers worldwide. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leadership to shape product strategy and enhance the user experience through product discovery, research, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead product ownership for digital agriculture solutions, including web portals, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Define and manage the product backlog based on customer feedback, market research, and strategic goals.
- Establish key performance metrics and track user engagement to guide product decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, science, sales, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into well-documented product requirements.
- Conduct product discovery, user research, and iterative improvements.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation, whitepapers, and product marketing materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience in agriculture, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Earth Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Water Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to create intuitive user experiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and strategy.
- Ability to gather customer insights, analyze feedback, and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Solid business acumen to assess market opportunities and product-market fit.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
