About the Role

Are you a driven Account Executive who thrives on opening doors and closing deals? This is your opportunity to join a high-performing ERP solutions team and connect complex business challenges with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) — Microsoft’s enterprise ERP platform for finance, supply chain, and operations management.

You’ll play a key role in growing the company’s ERP business by acting as a strategic advisor to C-level executives within medium-sized and enterprise organizations. From the first conversation to contract signature, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the pipeline: Proactively generate new business opportunities (outbound) and qualify inbound leads across multiple industries.
  • Strategic advising: Identify client challenges and provide consultative advice backed by strong value propositions.
  • Present complex solutions: Translate business needs into compelling business cases and present tailored ERP demonstrations.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and solution architects to create impactful demos and RFP responses.
  • Close deals: Guide clients through the decision-making process and negotiate agreements to a successful close.
  • Expand your network: Strengthen relationships with technology partners to enhance market positioning.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, and at least 3 years of proven experience in ERP sales (D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.
  • Mindset: A proactive hunter mentality, driven by targets and motivated by results.
  • Skills: Independent, consultative, and able to manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Communication: Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with strong English proficiency.
