The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing business clients while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and drive new revenue. You’ll act as a trusted partner, understanding each client’s objectives, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and align solutions.
- Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
- Create detailed account plans and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Utilize marketing initiatives to strengthen client engagement.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B account management or solution sales (SaaS Sales)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital or cloud-based services.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English
