Be a trusted partner: Provide coordination support to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts in delivering Strategic Client Programmes.
Own client success: Coordinate client teams and lead the onboarding of new mandates, with a strong focus on Key Client Programme accounts.
Drive operational excellence: Help develop and strengthen the strategic and operational capabilities of local country platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Shape the future: Align operational delivery and reporting tools with Cushman & Wakefield’s global standards, working closely with our Technology & Data Solutions function to implement innovative solutions.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and strategically minded Senior Account Manager to strengthen our Asset Services EMEA team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts and offers a clear pathway to grow into the position of Account Driver for Group 1, 2, and 3 Accounts.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating data, reporting, and service delivery across multiple teams and geographies. You will ensure that our Key Clients receive consistent, high-quality service and that all deliverables meet agreed deadlines and standards. This position provides significant exposure to international investors, pan-European mandates, and strategic projects that directly contribute to our market positioning and corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Act as a trusted partner to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts, assisting in both internal and external matters.

Client Coordination: Collaborate with wider corporate Key Client groups to align data, reporting, and service delivery.

Reporting Excellence: Ensure consistent and accurate reporting across teams, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Service Monitoring: Track and monitor Scope of Service delivery in line with onboarding agreements and client expectations.

Onboarding & Compliance: Liaise with the Asset Services COO and Legal teams on new PMAs (Property Management Agreements) and onboarding of assets within Key Client portfolios.

Market Positioning: Contribute to internal and external publications, articles, and thought leadership pieces to strengthen our corporate and market presence.

Mandate Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new Pan-European mandates, focusing on documentation, compliance, and information management.

Bid & Proposal Support: Provide input and coordination for bids and proposals when required.

Client Communication: Prepare client briefings, presentations, and contribute to both internal and external communications to ensure clarity and consistency.

Skills & Experience

Degree in Business Management, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate market, with a strong focus on Account Management.

Proven track record of working with international investors and managing complex client portfolios.

Confident communicator with extensive operational delivery experience.

Strong expertise in data management and reporting.

Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in all MS Office applications.

Detailed knowledge of reporting systems, particularly Power BI.
