As a Partnership Manager at Daisycon
You are the strategic growth partner for the advertisers in your portfolio. You help them get the most out of affiliate marketing. Not by waiting for opportunities, but by proactively creating them.
You analyse data, performance and market developments and translate them into concrete proposals. If you see opportunities to expand, optimise or rethink campaigns, you take the initiative and present a plan.
You lead conversations about performance, budgets and growth and are not afraid to challenge assumptions when they stand in the way of results. You collaborate with publishers and internal teams to build the right mix, always with a clear focus on the advertiser and their objectives.
Relationship management for you is a strategic tool to achieve commercial results together.
You work in an environment with a lot of freedom, but also clear expectations. You manage your portfolio as if it were your own business.
What you will do
You are responsible for growing your advertiser portfolio through affiliate marketing.
This means you will:
• Manage and grow your own portfolio of advertisers
• Analyse affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and expansion
• Advise advertisers on strategy, publisher selection and incentive models
• Lead commercial conversations about fees, budgets and ROI
• Translate data and insights into actionable proposals for advertisers
• Challenge advertisers when assumptions stand in the way of growth
• Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to improve campaign performance
• Continuously look for new opportunities to grow partnerships

- A salary aligned with your experience, complemented by a bonus structure. You will start with a 12-month contract and receive 25 vacation days, a pension plan and a €2.45 work-from-home allowance per day. What you bring
You are commercially driven, analytical and comfortable taking ownership.
• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or account management
• You use data to support your commercial decisions
• You take initiative and do not wait to be told what to do
• You are comfortable discussing growth, performance and business decisions with clients
• You have strong English communication skills
• You are currently living in the Netherlands and already have permission to work here
Dutch is not required, but it is a plus and something you are open to improving while working with us.
