Your Role: Driving Sales & Solutions
As Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the Netherlands. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering integrated lighting solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new prospects and projects, with a focus on emergency lighting and control systems.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with end customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, product, service) to develop comprehensive lighting packages that integrate emergency lighting, control systems, and services.
- Sales Execution: Present and promote the value of our solutions, manage the sales process from initial contact through to delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and management teams to ensure seamless service and support throughout the customer journey.
- Reporting & Engagement: Provide regular updates on project progress, participate in sales meetings, and represent the company at customer events and industry gatherings.
What You Bring: Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a passion for technology and a drive to succeed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Higher professional education (HBO) level.
- Experience or strong interest in project-based sales, ideally within emergency lighting or related technical fields.
- A commercial mindset with a natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong customer orientation, results-driven, and committed to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the emergency lighting industry.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Based primarily in the Randstad region (Rotterdam – The Hague – Amsterdam – Utrecht).
