ABOUT THE ROLE
A real opportunity at a global consumer electronics company in Amsterdam. You've been grinding agency-side and you're good at what you do but you're ready to go deeper. One company, one culture, full ownership of recruitment across Europe.
Right now they have 11 open roles and no internal recruiter to own them. With 30%+ growth year-over-year, that number isn't going down anytime soon. This is a opportunity, you're not stepping into someone else's process, you're building it.
Salary of €4.000 Monthly
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
- Actively source and approach candidates across Europe
- Manage recruitment agencies
- Help build a strong employer brand in a scaling company
- Work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, agency background preferred
- Proven track record hiring across European markets
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools and AI-driven hiring tools
- Fluent English, this is a must!
- EU work authorisation required
