We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help grow our presence across key markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual business growth.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our portfolio of pre-cooked, ready-to-cook, and ready-to-eat food products.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies for target accounts and regions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads with key customers
- Build, manage, and grow long-term partnerships with top-tier B2B clients
- Present product solutions and create tailored commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations, establish pricing structures, and close contracts
- Conduct regular market and customer visits to understand needs and uncover growth opportunities
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline management in CRM (SAP/Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide expert product advice and support clients in growing their business with our solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong track record of negotiation and closing complex deals
- Experience within food manufacturing/FMCG (meat, poultry, ready-to-cook or ready-to-eat products preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
- Fluent in French
