The Role
- Lead and support the implementation of data driven SaaS solutions for retail clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, balancing advisory partnership with hands on support.
- Configure platforms, dashboards and workflows to align with client processes and goals.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to ensure strong user adoption and value realisation.
- Analyse customer usage and feedback to optimise solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with product, analytics and delivery teams to continuously improve the offering.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in customer success, account management or a similar client facing role within software or technology.
- Solid understanding of data driven decision making and the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
- Exposure to retail processes such as pricing, promotions or commercial planning is highly valuable.
- Confident communicator in both Dutch and English, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Structured, proactive and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
