Requirements: This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Cape Town office. 3+ years of professional experience in DataOps, Data Engineering, Product Ownership, or a similar data-focused role Strong experience working with Python, Azure, and SQL in modern data environments Experience managing data platform backlogs, prioritising technical initiatives, and aligning stakeholders across engineering and business teams Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based data architectures Experience working in agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration platforms Nice to have: Experience with data orchestration and workflow tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefe
