Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist (ARC Project) | Remote in Portugal
Are you ready to join the ARC Project, managing end-to-end online operations for a global leader? We are looking for Dutch speakers to handle the full order journey while living and working in beautiful Portugal.
Start Date : 1 Jun with training.
The Package (All-Inclusive):
- Monthly Salary: €1,200 – €1,530 gross (includes monthly Holiday & Christmas bonuses).
- Unlimited Housing: Stay in a fully furnished shared apartment with all bills included for the entire duration of your employment.

The ARC Mission:
- Manage the complete online order cycle (payments, tracking, returns, and refunds).
- Coordinate with financial institutions and logistics partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Use professional systems to resolve complex operational cases.
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in Portugal with occasional hub visits.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) and English (B2+).
- EU Passport or valid Portuguese work permit.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle rotational shifts.
