As a production worker, you are an integral part of our team in Nijmegen, ensuring the cultivation of high-quality sprouting vegetables. Working in a dynamic and informal family business, your efforts directly contribute to delivering fresh, sustainable products to supermarkets, horeca, and retailers both nationally and internationally. Operating and setting up production equipment used in the cultivation process. Manually handling and processing products to maintain quality standards. Monitoring and ensuring hygiene and quality throughout the production process. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team in an informal work atmosphere. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team: Full-time contract with 38 hours per week. We are looking for a precise and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment and values quality and collaboration. You have VMBO-level education in logistics or a related field. You are flexible and willing to work in shifts. Experience in a production environment is a plus.
