With operations across multiple international markets, we are expanding our presence across Europe and seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish and accelerate our regional business growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead TERMINAX's commercial development and business operations across the European market. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's European growth strategy, expanding distributor and dealer networks, building strategic partnerships, and establishing a high-performing regional organization.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary leader of TERMINAX's European business and work closely with headquarters to drive sustainable growth, strengthen market presence, and achieve long-term business objectives throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall European business strategy, including market expansion, channel development, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, installer, and key account networks across multiple European markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and regional growth initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealer groups, and industry stakeholders throughout Europe.
  • Lead and oversee regional sales, business development, customer service, and operational activities.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage regional teams as the business expands, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Drive sales performance and profitability while ensuring achievement of revenue, market share, and business growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer requirements, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management and headquarters.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of regional business objectives.
  • Represent TERMINAX at major trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements throughout Europe.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable European regulations, local business requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, business development, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience developing markets, building distribution channels, and driving business growth across multiple European countries.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in distributor management, channel development, and strategic partnership building.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, particularly PPF, window film, automotive accessories, vehicle wraps, coatings, or related sectors.
  • Existing network within European distributor, dealer, installer, or automotive aftermarket channels.
  • Experience working within a fast-growing international company or start-up environment.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
  • Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
