Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Global Account Manager, based in Almere with opportunities to work part-time and hybrid from home. The Global Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing international accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of client projects. Key tasks include overseeing logistics for clinical equipment delivery, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements. This role also involves identifying new business opportunities and contributing to Clinichain’s vision of advancing healthcare solutions globally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Sales within the healthcare, clinical trial, CRO, Biotech, Pharma or medical equipment sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders globally.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking to address client and operational challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills, including experience with international operations and supply chain management.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balance multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced global industry.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Academic and advanced degrees or certifications will be considered a plus.
- Experience working in or a deep understanding of the clinical trials industry is advantageous.
