g2 are currently looking for a Hard Services Lead to join my client on their national account in the Netherlands. The client is looking for someone with strong operational and managerial experience within Facilities Management, with exposure to technical/hard services, contract management and team leadership within large corporate or commercial environments.

This would be suitable for a freelance for 12 months or potential permanent employment. And you would be leading and managing a team of up to 50 people across FM, Contract Manager and technicians across the Netherlands whilst maintaining strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.

START: March/April

LOCATION: Netherlands (national coverage), Main offices based in the Randstad

CONTRACT: 12-month freelance contract or potential permanent employment

HOURS: Full‑time

Hard Services Lead – Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Higher professional or university background (Facility, Technical or Business Management preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Facilities management industry
  • Previous work within Engineering , Maintenance or Hard services
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience working with Government contract would be beneficial

The client has a requirement for successful candidates the start in March or April.
