This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how Data and AI drive commercial decision making at scale. You will own the end to end IT strategy for Data and AI within a complex commercial environment, building products that create measurable business value and enable smarter, faster decisions across the customer journey.

The Role
- Define and execute the Data and AI IT strategy for Commercial Operations, aligned with global technology platforms
- Lead the delivery of scalable, cross functional Data and AI use cases that create tangible business value
- Build and manage a high performing team of engineers, providing technical leadership and coaching
- Act as the key connector between commercial Data and AI teams and the central IT platform organisation
- Establish strong data governance, architecture standards, and secure operating models
- Drive interoperability and reusability of data products and AI components across the organisation
- Promote data literacy and enablement across commercial functions including marketing, sales, service, and logistics
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering enterprise Data and AI platforms and products
- Deep understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and scalable AI and ML solutions
- Hands on knowledge of modern cloud based data platforms and tooling such as Databricks and Azure services
- Practical experience developing production grade solutions using Python
- Proven capability in MLOps and LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and pipeline automation
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and growing technical teams while delivering complex initiatives
