Wat je gaat doen As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the high-quality finishing of metal products in our conservation department. Your role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings with precision, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Working closely with a team of 20 professionals, you’ll play an active part in maintaining our reputation for excellence while embracing opportunities for personal growth and development. What You Will Do: Prepare: metal surfaces for blasting and coating processes, ensuring they are ready for treatment. Operate: spray painting equipment to apply coatings with accuracy and consistency. Inspect: finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards. Collaborate: with team members to optimize workflows and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain: equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for daily operations. Proven experience in industrial spray painting processes. Knowledge of schoopering is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German communication skills. Willingness to work in a two-shift system. MBO 3/4 education level in a relevant field.
