Job Description

The Integrated account manager is responsible for all GDS (Good Distribution Systems) related topics within Sandoz. Acts as the authority on GDS matters within Sandoz, collaborating with multiple internal disciplines to drive growth together with GDS-customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Manage and develop GDS (Good Distribution Systems) accounts for Sandoz to ensure strong customer relationships and sustainable business growth.

Monitor and improve compliance performance using claim and forecast data, optimizing customer assortments for maximum efficiency.

Act as the primary point of contact for all stock availability, pricing, and product‑related inquiries.

Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate commercial offers in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Proactively manage stock shortages, ensuring timely communication and alignment with the Supply and Forecast teams.

Analyze market and competitive data to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and strategic positioning.

Support and collaborate with the Key Account Manager Wholesale & GDS on wider cross‑functional and company‑wide initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

Commercially driven mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering results.

Affinity with data analysis, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data interpretation).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and with customers.

Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, organised way of working.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
You’ll receive:
We offer temporary employment for 1 year with probation period with flexible working, learning and development opportunities. We offer indefinite employment contract based on performance after the first year of employment.
