Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (to cover long-term leave) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor- Part time to support our global HR team on day-to-day operations while providing cover for a team member on long-term leave. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities in an international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across multiple regions. Dutch & English speakers is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across multiple locations Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment confirmations Employee Support Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Escalate complex issues to senior HR stakeholders where appropriate Global HR Support Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistent HR practices Support coordination across different regions and time zones Assist with the implementation of global HR initiatives and projects Process Improvement & Reporting Support continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and audits Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Cover Responsibilities Take ownership of key responsibilities from the employee on long-term leave Ensure continuity of service and smoot
