What will you be doing?De afdeling bestaat uit een HR Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) en een HR Administrator. Het betreft een allround meewerkstage waarbij je eigen verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Daarbij maak je kennis met alle facetten op het gebied van HR door zowel zelfstandig te handelen als onze HR collega’s te ondersteunen. Samen met hen support je medewerkers en teammanagers in HR gerelateerde taken.Job ResponsibilitiesJe ondersteunt in alle voorkomende werkzaamheden rondom klanten en de business gerelateerde vragen. Denk hierbij aan het ondersteunen en voorbereiden van klant gesprekken, het maken van klantspecifieke analyses en adhoc aanvragen.Vertrouwd raken met het maken en analyseren van data, maar ook het interpreteren van deze analyses en advies uitbrengen richting onze klanten.Supporten in lopende projecten die betrekking hebben op onze klanten.Daarnaast kan er gevraagd worden of je zelfstandig adhoc taken op te pakken.
