The Role
We are seeking a lawyer to join our growing practice in Hilversum.
The successful candidate will work across both corporate and immigration matters, advising international and domestic clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues connected to business establishment, international structuring, commercial operations, and cross-border mobility.
This role is particularly suited to a lawyer who enjoys working in an international environment and who is comfortable combining transactional, advisory, and client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Law
- Advising clients on corporate governance and company structuring matters
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documentation
- Assisting with international group structuring and reorganisations
- Advising on employment-related legal matters
- Supporting clients with general commercial and contractual advisory work
- Coordinating with external advisers, notaries, and international counterparties where required
Immigration Law
- Advising corporate and private clients on Dutch immigration procedures
- Assisting with highly skilled migrant applications and sponsor matters
- Advising on intra-company transfers and EU Blue Card applications
- Supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and relocating businesses with immigration compliance
- Advising on residence permits, relocation processes, and related regulatory matters
- Coordinating immigration applications and supporting documentation
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Dutch language skills are preferred but not required
- Experience in corporate law, immigration law, or both
- An entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational and client management skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
