We’re looking for a commercially driven Partner Development Representative to support the growth of our Document Automation Solutions (DAS) business.

In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting and activating new partners, while also supporting them in their next steps with our solutions.

You’ll combine outbound activities (including cold outreach) with partner enablement, making this a great next step for someone who wants to move beyond a pure BDR role into a more partner-focused commercial position.

About DAS (Document Automation Solutions)

Within ORdigiNAL, the DAS team focuses on helping organisations automate the creation, processing, and management of documents.

This includes solutions such as:

  • Document generation and templating
  • Workflow automation
  • Integration with systems like CRM, EHR, and document management platforms
  • AI-driven tools that improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Our solutions are widely used in sectors such as legal, healthcare, government and corporate environments, where accurate and efficient document handling is critical.

As part of this team, you’ll work with partners to bring these solutions to market and help organisations improve how they work with information and documents.

What You’ll Do

Partner Recruitment

  • Identify and approach new reseller partners (VARs)
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn (including cold calling)
  • Qualify potential partners and onboard them into the ecosystem

Partner Enablement & Growth

  • Support new and existing partners in understanding and positioning our solutions
  • Help partners generate opportunities and close deals
  • Provide guidance on how to improve partner sales performance
  • Share best practices, use cases, and commercial approaches

Pipeline & Commercial Execution

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of partner opportunities
  • Track activities and results in CRM
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or similar roles
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in working with partners and building long-term relationships
  • Commercial mindset and drive to achieve targets
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Experience working with or selling to MSPs (Managed Service Providers) is a strong plus
