As a Process Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Engineering and Operations organization, taking a key role within a multidisciplinary project team to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects. You will contribute to the definition, optimization, and implementation of process solutions for new production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and full compliance with company standards and industry regulations. From early concept development through design, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving all process-related activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
