Key Responsibilities:
·End-to-End Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IDC (Internet Data Center) projects in the European region. This includes requirement analysis, resource coordination, schedule control, risk management, and issue closure – ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery.
·Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for local European and multinational clients. Understand client business needs, manage expectations, provide regular project updates, handle change requests, complaints, and urgent issues to drive high customer satisfaction.
·Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, technical, operations, supply chain, and legal teams across China and Europe. Resolve technical, commercial, or compliance challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
·Resilience & Problem-solving under Pressure
Remain calm and effective in high-pressure, multi-tasking environments. Quickly respond to unexpected events such as facility failures, delivery delays, or regulatory changes. Proactively drive solutions and conduct post-event reviews.
·Local Compliance & Process Optimization
Understand European IDC regulations (e.g., GDPR, energy efficiency standards). Help adapt and improve project management processes and SOPs for the European market, capturing best practices.
Requirements:
·Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering Management, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience in Data center or cloud computing, ICT infrastructure, or similar domains. European IDC project delivery experience is strongly preferred.
·Client-facing Skills
Proven experience in direct B2B client-facing project management or customer success. Able to independently conduct requirement gathering, interpret contract technical terms, and handle change negotiations. Demonstrated track record of high client satisfaction.
·Communication & Resilience
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, comfortable working in diverse teams. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Language
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in a local European language (German, French, Dutch, etc.) is a strong plus.
·Preferred
Hands-on experience with IDC operations, server deployment, or data center migration projects in Europe.
