About the Role

Inoltra is looking for a SAP focused Account Manager or Sales Director who is interested in helping drive the success of a leading SAP Partner in the Netherlands.

In recent years, the organization has successfully positioned itself in a competitive market, delivering major SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Market Development

  • Define and execute a clear sales strategy for SAP services across key industries including manufacturing, public sector, retail, and financial services.
  • Anticipate market trends, client needs, and technology developments to strengthen solution offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise network, positioning the organization as a trusted leader in SAP-driven transformation.
  • Champion expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud transformation, and digital innovation initiatives.

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Develop and deepen long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on ERP and digital transformation challenges.
  • Align and coordinate client account plans and growth strategies with internal account teams

New Business & Deal Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term engagements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Create compelling proposals and RFI/RFP responses in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with delivery leaders, solution architects, and industry experts to design integrated client solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing activities, events, and campaigns focused on SAP offerings.
  • Promote internal collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance commercial performance across teams.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights for leadership.
  • Track and drive key metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and profit margins.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within IT or consulting, with a strong SAP focus.
  • Proven success in securing and managing complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Deep experience selling SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (both greenfield and brownfield).
  • Established network within the SAP ecosystem or enterprise client base.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
