Functieomschrijving
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Support professional to strengthen our commercial team in
Almere. In this on-site role, you will play a key part in
supporting the sales organization throughout the entire sales
process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high customer
satisfaction. You'll be part of a small and very dedicated team of
8-10 employes working in the Almere office. The office can easily
be reached by car and parking space is available. It is possible to
work 32 to 40 hours per week. If you work 32 hours per week, your
fixed day off is Friday.
You will work closely
with Sales, Engineering, and Operations, acting as the central
coordination point between internal teams and customers. With your
independent and hands-on approach, you ensure that quotations,
RFQs, and customer requirements are handled smoothly and
professionally.
Your
Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and
follow up on quotations and RFQs in a timely and accurate
manner - Maintain and update customer, pricing,
and sales-related data - Monitor open quotations
and proactively follow up to support commercial
success - Coordinate customer requirements with
Sales, Engineering, and Operations - Act as a
reliable point of contact for both internal stakeholders and
customers - Conduct basic market research and
contribute to commercial growth
initiatives - Identify opportunities to improve
processes and support overall sales
effectiveness
You take ownership of
your work, anticipate next steps, and actively support the
commercial success of the organization. You are not only

ways to improve efficiency and customer experience. Your

Functie-eisen
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in inside
sales support, sales administration, or a similar commercial
role - Proven experience in managing RFQs,
quotations, and sales documentation accurately and
efficiently - Strong administrative skills with
attention to detail - Ability to work
independently while contributing effectively within small
teams - A proactive mindset with an
entrepreneurial attitude - Flexible and hands-on
approach in a dynamic environment - Excellent
communication skills and a strong customer-oriented
mindset - Full professional proficiency in
English (additional languages are an
advantage) - Experience in a technical/industrial
environment is a strong plus, as is an interest in technology,
sustainability and e-mobility - Willingness to
work on-site in Almere
