A leading Dutch ICT service provider is seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen their team and drive success across key outsourcing clients.About the RoleIn this senior position, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and delivering value through tailored outsourcing solutions. You’ll lead the customer journey—from first introduction to contract renewal—ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the ICT outsourcing domainDevelop trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suiteIdentify new business opportunities and craft tailored proposalsLead bid and RFP processes, including negotiation and deal closingCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellenceDrive revenue growth with both new and existing customersWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in ICT sales or account managementProven track record managing large, complex deals (€5M+ annually)Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makersBachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher)Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)Deep knowledge of ICT outsourcing and contract managementCommercially driven, proactive, and results-orientedValid driver’s license (B)What’s On OfferCompetitive salary up to €8,000/month (depending on experience)Company car (business and private use)Phone and SIM card providedOne-year contract with potential for permanent employment26 vacation days (based on 40 hours)Pension scheme travel allowanceHybrid working environmentAccess to training and developmentEngaging company culture with regular social eventsReady to take your ICT career to the next level?
