Senior Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer – Q-logic – Almere

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer at Alfen, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365-based Modern Workplace. You’ll work with Azure, Exchange, and SharePoint, as well as our on-premises environment. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to research innovations based on the latest technological developments and apply them in consultation with ICT Management.

Some of your responsibilities include:

1. Developing and managing the Alfen Microsoft 365 infrastructure with high availability, security, and usability for our users;
2. Performing operational management on implemented Microsoft 365 functionalities and troubleshooting in the field of on-premises VMWare/HP Simplivity Cluster and Active Directory;
3. Solving complex incidents and implementing changes in the Alfen M365 environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. At least three years of experience in setting up, deploying, and migrating Microsoft 365;
2. Extensive experience with cloud technology (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an advantage;
3. Experience with hybrid Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and virtualization platforms such as VMWare.
