Field Service Engineer – Heavy Plant
An opportunity has arisen to join an innovating manufacturer and one of the world’s largest producers of earthmoving equipment. The role covers Netherlands and surrounding Benelux areas as a Field Service Engineer to maintain their state-of-the-art Heavy Plant throughout the region and provide engineering support to dealers where required.

Role: Field Service Engineer
Area: Netherlands & surrounding Benelux areas
Salary: €60,000 per year + overtime + benefits

The requirements of the Field Service Engineer will be:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on construction equipment

Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using OEM software

Provide remote or on-site support to minimise downtime

Conduct scheduled service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs at customer sites

Train customers and operators in safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting

The ideal candidate for Field Service Engineer will be:

Fluent in English and Dutch

At least 5 years related working experience in our industry

Majoring in Engineering/Construction machinery or relative majors

Good Team player

Proactive in customer focused situations
