Data/Cloud Solution Architect – Finance & Risk domain

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a Solution Architect with a passion for designing end-to-end data solutions. You thrive at the intersection of Finance, Risk, and Compliance domains and modern cloud-based data platforms.
You are comfortable defining architecture, diving into complex data models, exploring source systems such as SAP and MS Dynamics, and guiding multiple delivery teams. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy leading solution design across Finance, Risk, IT, and Data teams.
As a Solution Architect, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable data architectures using Azure & Databricks
- Define data models, ingestion patterns, and data products
- Work with Finance/Risk teams on reporting, KPIs, and analytics
- Produce core architecture artefacts (data models, mappings, ADRs)
- Provide technical leadership to Data Engineers and BI Developers
- Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Finance domain experience (reporting, consolidation, etc.)
- Experience with SAP and/or MS Dynamics
- Hands-on Azure Databricks experience (MS Fabric a plus)
- Strong Power BI knowledge (DAX, star schema, RLS)
- Proven data solution architecture experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Ideally experienced in solution architecture within Finance/Risk solutions
- Relevant certifications (ACCA, CFA, FRM, Azure, Power BI) are a plus
Details:
- 6 month contract (Likely to extend)
- Hybrid / 2-3 times in Randstad
- Interim payroll assignment (No ZZP)
- 90-95 Per hour = €6500-6900 net monthly salary
- (Inc upto 25 days paid leave, pension, expenses)
