About the Company:
We are a pre-launch, high-end fashion startup with global ambitions. Our aesthetic is radical, sculptural, and unapologetically avant-garde — inspired by Rick Owens, Alaïa, Yohji Yamamoto, and Chrome Hearts. We don’t follow the system; we rewrite it. Founded by creative visionaries and business builders, our goal is to create a new space in high-end fashion — where concept, craft, and technology meet.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Sourcing Developer — a curious creative mind with a deep understanding of materials, craft, and innovation. Someone who moves fluently between the physical and digital worlds, and knows how to connect visionary ideas with the right artisans, fabric houses, and technology partners.
You’re both maker and thinker: turning sketches into possibilities, discovering new processes, and pushing the boundaries of what can be built.
Working closely with our CEO and Creative Director, you’ll help shape and evolve the next generation of avant-garde fashion design — grounded in craftsmanship, driven by experimentation.
Key Competences:
Design / Development / Aesthetic background experience
Premium fashion / couture experience
Material and product development experience on couture level
Network and experience in couture craft and innovation techniques
Knowledge of patterns & fitting
Knowledge of 3D and Digital Development techniques
