For our scale-up partner, offering a highly innovative turnkey solution in renewable energy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a technical affinity and a proven track record in complex project sales starting from €3.5 million. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process of the installations, from the first contact to contract signing and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop new customers and projects, with a focus on the Nordics and Europe
  • Advise and capital renewable energy solutions, demonstrating an understanding of engineering, safety, and regulations
  • Structure and manage long sales cycles of one to one and a half years, leading to successful deals
  • Draft and close commercial contracts
  • Monitor market developments and actively participate in trade fairs and client meetings
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical experts to provide tailored solutions

Your Profile

  • At least eight years of experience in selling custom-engineered installations or turnkey systems
  • Proven track record in project sales from €3.5 million
  • Knowledge and experience in renewables or oil & gas is beneficial
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month for two to three nights
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, Scandinavian languages are an advantage
