For our scale-up partner, offering a highly innovative turnkey solution in renewable energy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a technical affinity and a proven track record in complex project sales starting from €3.5 million. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process of the installations, from the first contact to contract signing and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Actively develop new customers and projects, with a focus on the Nordics and Europe
- Advise and capital renewable energy solutions, demonstrating an understanding of engineering, safety, and regulations
- Structure and manage long sales cycles of one to one and a half years, leading to successful deals
- Draft and close commercial contracts
- Monitor market developments and actively participate in trade fairs and client meetings
- Collaborate with engineers and technical experts to provide tailored solutions
Your Profile
- At least eight years of experience in selling custom-engineered installations or turnkey systems
- Proven track record in project sales from €3.5 million
- Knowledge and experience in renewables or oil & gas is beneficial
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month for two to three nights
- Fluent in English and Dutch, Scandinavian languages are an advantage
