Donaldson is a global leader in innovative filtration solutions. To further strengthen our presence in the Netherlands, we are seeking a motivated Territory Manager within our Industrial Gases / Compressed Air business who will focus on first‑fit and capital equipment sales driving growth.

Your Responsibilities
Plan and carry out customer visits (approx. 3–4 days per week)
Develop and convert new business opportunities and grow existing industrial and wholesale accounts
Manage the full sales process, including preparing quotations with support from internal sales
Act as the primary customer contact for updates, technical questions, and relationship management
Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and manage your sales pipeline
Provide monthly forecasts and opportunity updates through the CRM quote bank
Travel throughout the Netherlands
Minimum Qualifications
Some sales experience (essential)
Positive, resilient, and persistent mindset — able to handle challenges and maintain momentum
Ability to hunt new opportunities as well as farm existing customers
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy schedule
Ability to sell based on value and build convincing sales arguments
Team player who acts in the best interest of Donaldson and our customers
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in compressed gases, filtration, or industrial equipment
Background in a dealer environment and seeking to step into an OEM role
Field sales or technical customer‑facing experience
Experience developing a territory and growing industrial accounts
