To support our scale our ventures, we are expanding our Growth Consulting Team — the internal engine behind structure, performance and discipline across the entire YOUNG ecosystem.
We’re hiring one Growth Consultant in the Randstad (Den Haag / Amsterdam).
Start: immediately.
Your role
As Growth Consultant you act as the main link between Holding and multiple YOUNG ventures.
Your job: bring clarity, discipline and growth.
You will work on:
Finance & performance (P&L, cash flow, KPIs, royalties)
Operational reviews & process improvements
Brand / identity audits
Leadership & culture signals
M&A scouting & integration
Weekly and monthly venture reporting
Risk & fraud monitoring
Building the YOUNG Operating Rhythm
You’ll collaborate directly with our CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, Lead Consultant, and the CEOs of our 20 ventures.
Work split:
- Den Haag / Amsterdam
- Partly remote
- Daily collaboration with our Valencia team
You are
✔ 3–7 years experience in consulting, finance, VC/PE, strategy or operations
✔ Highly structured & analytical
✔ Strong communicator with ownership mentality
✔ Fast thinker, proactive, low ego
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Based in the Randstad
✔ Thrives in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments
Bonus: experience in hospitality, real estate, media, startups, or Power BI.
