Job description

NWCare are recruiting for staff for morning and afternoon rotas in Tempo.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as we provide full bespoke training in our in-house training academy.

    Flexibility in rotas i.e., staff can work either a morning rota or a morning and afternoon rota or an afternoon rota – hours are guaranteed

    We work a 4/3 rota pattern – Week 1 Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun and week 2 Wed, Thurs and Fri

    Essential

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to promote and deliver person centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well organised/professional/caring
  • Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
  • Care about the community they live in
  • Desirable
