For amultinational corporation in Almere, we are looking for a Sales Representative.

The company is part of a leading global designer,manufacturer, and marketer of electrical, electronic, fiber optic connectors,interconnect systems, antennas, sensors, sensor-based products, and coaxial andhigh-speed specialty cable.

The “mother company” operatesin America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa, and sells its productsthrough its global sales force, independent representatives, and a network ofelectronics distributors.


As an inside sales representative, your mainresponsibilities will include generating new leads, engaging with customers,understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your success inthis role will depend on your ability to close deals and meet targets.Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about the company’sproducts and services, and be able to effectively explain and demonstrate theirfeatures.

To excel in this position, it is essential to possess strongcommunication skills and the ability to quickly establish a connection withcustomers. A successful inside sales representative should also display acompetitive mindset and possess exceptional listening skills.

Role demands

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Fluency in French (at native or fluent level)
  • Previous work in an outbound call center or similar sales role is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong phone and cold calling abilities
  • Capability to meet targets
